  1. CORE CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

    1. Manufacturing will be in accordance with the project. 1 st class British standard materials will be used within given approval by the TRNC Electricity Authority. All switches, outlets and panels will be good quality imported materials. Fixtures and TSE certified materials will be used in the spotlight. For energy saving, the sensor will be utilized in the stairwell area.
  3. Telephone
    1. Telephone will be built within the  network infrastructure
    2. Telephone jack lines will be installed at the Apartments in accordance with the project  specifications.
  4. Reserve Power (Generator)
    1. In the common areas power requirements utilize a generator backup system.
  5. Lift
    1. Each block will include elevators according to the project as per the TSE and CE standards. Each block will have a pair of elevators.
  6. TV System
    1. A Central satellite system is to be installed. (Türksat) as well as any digital TV platforms, chosen and bought by the clients.
  7. Intercom System
    1. Color video intercom system will be installed at each apartment.
  8. Fire

    1. Mounted CCTV cameras for system security, the security of the site will be provided.
  13. Swimming pools
    1. Every 3bedroom and 4 bedroom flats will have their own swimming pool/jacuzzi on the terrace
  14. LANDSCAPING WORKS & COMMON AREAS
  15. The entire perimiter of the site will be secured by the walls according to the Project.
  16. Automatic entrance door with security entry point to the Site and/or the barrier will be installed.
  17. Open parking spaces will be available according to the project plans.
  18. Lighting fixtures for the surrounding parking areas will be installed.
  19. As indicated on the site plan the Project will be equipped with its features by a turning the firewall or security tool for pedestrian access points. Site vehicles entry and exit will be controlled from a single security point barrier. In addition, security camera closed circuit security system will be made.
  20. The site plan specified the dimensions of the swimming pool and sun terrace.
  21. The areas shown as green plant landscaping will be carried out in the site plan application.
  22. Site landscape and car park areas will be lightened.
  23.  Lightning protection system will be installed according to the Project.
